In order to secure your desired appointment, please schedule your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To secure your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your spot. We hold this information as part of our cancellation and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Details of our cancellation policy are provided below. As a courtesy to JJ’s Lash Lounge and other customers please give at least 24 hours notice if canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% (One Hundred Percent) of the total services scheduled. Missed appointments or “No Call/No Shows” will be charged for the full service amount and be banned from booking any future appointments. ***No Deposit…No Appointment!!!*** Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you and your services. JJ’s Lash Lounge will do it’s best to accommodate and honor your full schedule time, but if you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “FULL” session booked. Please plan accordingly. It is advisable that you arrive at least 10-15 minutes in advance for your scheduled appointment…..this is your time and we want to ensure that you get the most out of it.
